These people were less likely to have the coverage because they had Medicare and because they were likely to be retired from their primary career. Their current employer is likely to be different from the one they worked for during their pre-retirement lives and the one who provided them with insurance during their working years.
- Next least likely to have ESI were the young workers aged 18-24 and to a lesser extent workers aged 25-34.
